Holy Forever

[Revelation 5:7] Then he came, and he took it out of the right hand of him who sat on the throne. [Revelation 5:8] Now when he had taken the book, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each one having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. [Revelation 5:9] They sang a new song, saying, “You are worthy to take the book and to open its seals, for you were killed, and bought us for God with your blood out of every tribe, language, people, and nation, [Revelation 5:10] and made us kings and priests to our God; and we will reign on the earth.” [Revelation 5:11] I looked, and I heard something like a voice of many angels around the throne, the living creatures, and the elders. The number of them was ten thousands of ten thousands, and thousands of thousands, [Revelation 5:12] saying with a loud voice, “Worthy is the Lamb who has been killed to receive the power, wealth, wisdom, strength, honor, glory, and blessing!” [Revelation 5:13] I heard every created thing which is in heaven, on the earth, under the earth, on the sea, and everything in them, saying, “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be the blessing, the honor, the glory, and the dominion, forever and ever! Amen!” [Revelation 5:14] The four living creatures said, “Amen!” Then the elders fell down and worshiped.

[Colossians 1:11] strengthened with all power, according to the might of his glory, for all endurance and perseverance with joy, [Colossians 1:12] giving thanks to the Father, who made us fit to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light, [Colossians 1:13] who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love, [Colossians 1:14] in whom we have our redemption, the forgiveness of our sins. [Colossians 1:15] He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. [Colossians 1:16] For by him all things were created in the heavens and on the earth, visible things and invisible things, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things have been created through him and for him.

[Galatians 5:1] Stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and don’t be entangled again with a yoke of bondage. [Galatians 5:2] Behold, I, Paul, tell you that if you receive circumcision, Christ will profit you nothing. [Galatians 5:3] Yes, I testify again to every man who receives circumcision that he is a debtor to do the whole law. [Galatians 5:4] You are alienated from Christ, you who desire to be justified by the law. You have fallen away from grace. [Galatians 5:5] For we through the Spirit, by faith wait for the hope of righteousness. [Galatians 5:6] For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision amounts to anything, but faith working through love. [Galatians 5:7] You were running well! Who interfered with you that you should not obey the truth? [Galatians 5:8] This persuasion is not from him who calls you.

[1 Peter 1:16] because it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.” [1 Peter 1:17] If you call on him as Father, who without respect of persons judges according to each man’s work, pass the time of your living as foreigners here in reverent fear, [1 Peter 1:18] knowing that you were redeemed, not with corruptible things like silver or gold, from the useless way of life handed down from your fathers, [1 Peter 1:19] but with precious blood, as of a lamb without blemish or spot, the blood of Christ, [1 Peter 1:20] who was foreknown indeed before the foundation of the world, but was revealed in this last age for your sake, [1 Peter 1:21] who through him are believers in God, who raised him from the dead and gave him glory, so that your faith and hope might be in God. [1 Peter 1:22] Seeing you have purified your souls in your obedience to the truth through the Spirit in sincere brotherly affection, love one another from the heart fervently, [1 Peter 1:23] having been born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, through the word of God, which lives and remains forever.

[Philippians 2:7] but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of men. [Philippians 2:8] And being found in human form, he humbled himself, becoming obedient to the point of death, yes, the death of the cross. [Philippians 2:9] Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name, [Philippians 2:10] that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, [Philippians 2:11] and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. [Philippians 2:12] So then, my beloved, even as you have always obeyed, not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. [Philippians 2:13] For it is God who works in you both to will and to work for his good pleasure.

[Ephesians 1:18] having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, [Ephesians 1:19] and what is the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to that working of the strength of his might [Ephesians 1:20] which he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and made him to sit at his right hand in the heavenly places, [Ephesians 1:21] far above all rule, authority, power, dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in that which is to come. [Ephesians 1:22] He put all things in subjection under his feet, and gave him to be head over all things for the assembly, [Ephesians 1:23] which is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all.

[Colossians 1:18] He is the head of the body, the assembly, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things he might have the preeminence. [Colossians 1:19] For all the fullness was pleased to dwell in him, [Colossians 1:20] and through him to reconcile all things to himself by him, whether things on the earth or things in the heavens, having made peace through the blood of his cross.

[1 Timothy 6:13] I command you before God who gives life to all things, and before Christ Jesus who before Pontius Pilate testified the good confession, [1 Timothy 6:14] that you keep the commandment without spot, blameless until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, [1 Timothy 6:15] which at the right time he will show, who is the blessed and only Ruler, the King of kings and Lord of lords. [1 Timothy 6:16] He alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen nor can see, to whom be honor and eternal power. Amen. [1 Timothy 6:17] Charge those who are rich in this present age that they not be arrogant, nor have their hope set on the uncertainty of riches, but on the living God, who richly provides us with everything to enjoy; [1 Timothy 6:18] that they do good, that they be rich in good works, that they be ready to distribute, willing to share;

[Revelation 4:6] Before the throne was something like a sea of glass, similar to crystal. In the middle of the throne, and around the throne were four living creatures full of eyes before and behind. [Revelation 4:7] The first creature was like a lion, the second creature like a calf, the third creature had a face like a man, and the fourth was like a flying eagle. [Revelation 4:8] The four living creatures, each one of them having six wings, are full of eyes around and within. They have no rest day and night, saying, “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God, the Almighty, who was and who is and who is to come!” [Revelation 4:9] When the living creatures give glory, honor, and thanks to him who sits on the throne, to him who lives forever and ever, [Revelation 4:10] the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne and worship him who lives forever and ever, and throw their crowns before the throne, saying, [Revelation 4:11] “Worthy are you, our Lord and God, the Holy One, to receive the glory, the honor, and the power, for you created all things, and because of your desire they existed and were created!”

[Isaiah 6:1] In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up; and his train filled the temple. [Isaiah 6:2] Above him stood the seraphim. Each one had six wings. With two he covered his face. With two he covered his feet. With two he flew. [Isaiah 6:3] One called to another, and said, “Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of Armies! The whole earth is full of his glory!” [Isaiah 6:4] The foundations of the thresholds shook at the voice of him who called, and the house was filled with smoke. [Isaiah 6:5] Then I said, “Woe is me! For I am undone, because I am a man of unclean lips and I live among a people of unclean lips, for my eyes have seen the King, the LORD of Armies!” [Isaiah 6:6] Then one of the seraphim flew to me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar.

[1 Peter 1:13] Therefore prepare your minds for action. Be sober, and set your hope fully on the grace that will be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ— [1 Peter 1:14] as children of obedience, not conforming yourselves according to your former lusts as in your ignorance, [1 Peter 1:15] but just as he who called you is holy, you yourselves also be holy in all of your behavior, [1 Peter 1:16] because it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.” [1 Peter 1:17] If you call on him as Father, who without respect of persons judges according to each man’s work, pass the time of your living as foreigners here in reverent fear, [1 Peter 1:18] knowing that you were redeemed, not with corruptible things like silver or gold, from the useless way of life handed down from your fathers,
