Data retention and deletion

Retention periods

• Authentication sessions expire after 30 days and expired rows are purged.
• Account profiles remain until the account holder deletes the account.
• Comments and song requests remain until deleted with the account or removed by moderation.
• Comment reports remain while needed for moderation and abuse prevention, unless removed with the reporting account.
• Licensed Musixmatch lyric responses expire after 30 days by default and are purged after expiry.
• Derived song assessments remain until an administrator deletes the song.
• Operational and error logs are kept according to the configured hosting and monitoring retention, targeted at no more than 30 days.

Delete your account

Open your profile, choose Delete my account, and confirm. Doxapraxis immediately removes the profile, active sessions, comments, reports, and song requests owned by that account. Moderation records may retain a non-identifying action status where required to keep the discussion safe.

Backups and requests

Deleted data may remain in encrypted provider backups until those backups rotate, but it is not restored into ordinary service use. For an access, correction, or deletion question that cannot be completed in the product, contact the support email shown on the Google consent screen.
